Athletics
In recent years, Jesse Remington has grown their athletic programming. The school now offers soccer in the fall, Basketball and Cheerleading in the winter, and Softball in the spring, which is new to the school this year. We are looking forward to this development, as well as many of our students. Sports have become a very important aspect of education here at JRHS because it provides the opportunity to learn good sportsmanship and enjoy competition in both home and away games.

I find that playing a team sport makes me feel healthy, and gives me the opportunity to unwind from my academic schedule. – Emily ‘13
I once heard, to exercise the mind, you must exercise the body. Playing sports has provided me the opportunity to learn how to train my mind. – Zach ‘11
We are proud to announce that the soccer team has won the Southern NH Private School League for five consecutive years! The Basketball team has also competed and placed in the March Tournament, The Girl's team placing first, and the boys team placing second.
I love the feeling of competition, that being in a tournament brings. I have had the opportunity to play all my years at JRHS. This year was especially important to me because I worked hard to do my part to bring us to the final game. – Thomas ‘11
It is a great feeling of accomplishment, winning our league. It makes me feel that we have done a good job working together as a team. – Korissa ‘12

Cheerleading brings a camaraderie and school spirit to the sideline of the court. Several girls find ways to express their creativity through cheerleading as well as developing skills and physical fitness.
