Stare Mestro

What time is it in Stare Mestro (must be some kind of cool clock there!)?

Stare Mestro means ‘Old Town’, in Prague, Czech Republic which was the original town for settlement. In this area tourists tend to go see The Old Town Square. The square’s center is the home to Jan Hus, who was burned at the stake for his beliefs and now hold a statue for remembrance. According to ancient records, the city had around 13 gates, and a huge water-fence. The supports and embankment of the Stare Mesto were made untouchable.
The people of Prague use this town for very special occasions. The Old Town Square has celebrations, consisting of New Years, Christmas and Easter. Sometimes hockey and the famous football (soccer), are shown on huge screens, hung around the square, which crowds of fans come to see.
