Using Your Spiritual Gifts
When we find out what our gifts are, we need to know what we are doing with them. If we do not put them into practice, then they go to waste, which is not what God planned. God gave us these gifts in order that we use them for His glory.
I think that the best way to find out how to use your gift would be to look into scriptures and see what God says about spiritual Gifts. It says in I Corinthians 12:4-6,”There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men.” In other words, though there are many different types of gifts, they all are meant for serving God. No matter what our gift is, we need to find a way to put it to use in God’s plan. For example, if you were blessed with wisdom, maybe you ought to take a higher position in your church, like a Deacon. If you are patient, a ministry for young children would be good. If you have God on your side, there is nothing that can stop you from reaching your goals.
