AOL GUY

This guy I gotta say is my role model and always will be. You know that guy
who is on the AOL commercials and on the website and everything? That little yellow
guy who you see in many different kinds of poses, running, standing, jumping, and
well hes basically in lots of different “positions.” This guy is cool and I really like him.
I named him the AOL guy because he represents AOL. The AOL guy is a model to
AOL. If hes on a poster in the middle of the street and its just him standing there,
people are gonna think “wow, look here, its that really cool AOL guy, I should get
AOL.” AOL guy gets people AOL. Awesome.

Shoelace...what is this. A role model? it’s a logo! for cryin out loud.

I have to say that I have never looked at the AOL guy, and said, “wow, look here, it’s that really cool AOL guy, I should get AOL.” And I don’t believe I ever will. Mostly because AOL is a tool of Satan to take over your computer and your mind. Ever thought of that?

OK, not a tool of Satan really. Just a logo. But it’s just as silly either way.

I guess I gotta hand it to you for having the guts to put that out there. Most of the posts before and after you bleed with so much sincerity...sometimes it’s painful. Thanks for the befuddled chuckle.
